2025 Applications Are Now Closed
Closing date for applications is April 30
Early bird application fees close on March 15
In effect for 2025:
New for 2025, there is only one application submission timeframe. Applications for the 2025 show are open from February 15 and firmly close April 30.
Assigned booths to avoid the early Friday rush
All rented tents will be set up on Thursday evening for move-in on Friday morning
Sunday closing at 5pm for an easier move-out
