Some Important Notes:
Please inspect your rentals on arrival and let the AER know as soon as possible if there is any issue. They will have a staff and a booth onsite, behind the SHOW TENT. Please speak to a representative there and they will help you on-site.
Tent Rentals
Does my tent have walls?
When you order a pop-up tent, it comes complete with 4 side walls.
Each side wall panel velcros to the top of the tent frame and straps to the side; there are no zippers
The wall panels may not be able to be hung during Thursday’s set-up, depending on wind and weather conditions. Please allow additional time on Friday morning for set-up if there are poor weather conditions.
Front panels will not be installed; rather, they will be left in your booth, draped on the roof grid structure for you to hang on show-closing Friday, or may be distributed Friday morning before the show starts, depending on weather conditions.
FENCING: If you ordered fencing, please note that the fence panels are the same width as the tent, so the wall panels along the sides are strapped to the fencing.

Fence goes beyond the walls slightly; the white panel walls attach with velcro on top and strap to the fencing
